Pulte Avoids Revival Of NJ Development Battle

Law360, New York (May 3, 2012, 6:24 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Thursday refused to revive Larken Associates LLC's suit against developers including Pulte Homes of New Jersey LP over sewer access litigation that allegedly hurt a Larken commercial project, rejecting arguments that the earlier action was malicious.
