Toyota Wins Partial Dismissal Of Prius Headlight Suit

Law360, New York (May 3, 2012, 8:00 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday partially dismissed a proposed class action in light of a previous $3.8 million settlement in California in a similar suit claiming that Toyota Motor Corp.’s Prius hybrid cars have certain optional headlights that turn off without warning.
