Rockwood, Four Corners Ink $90M Silicon Valley Office Deal

Law360, New York (May 3, 2012, 9:06 PM EDT) -- Private equity-backed Rockwood Capital LLC and Four Corners Properties LLC have scooped up a vacant office campus they plan to renovate in the booming Silicon Valley area, shelling out $90 million to residential developer William Lyon Homes, the companies announced Thursday.
