'Hawaii Five-O' Creator's Heirs Hit With $10M Royalties Suit

Law360, New York (May 4, 2012, 4:21 PM EDT) -- "Hawaii Five-O" creator Leonard Freeman's heirs have shorted the late producer's agent $10 million by not sharing profits from the CBS Corp. show's current rebooted version, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday in California state court.

George Litto says he represented Freeman and his wife Rose in years of hard-fought battles with CBS over rights to the long-running hit series, defeating the studio's efforts to exclude him and the family from involvement in potential "Hawaii Five-O" movies.
