'Evil Dead' Director Sues Over Rights To Sequel

Law360, Los Angeles (May 4, 2012, 7:38 PM EDT) -- Film director Sam Raimi and his production company Renaissance Pictures Ltd. on Wednesday slapped Award Pictures LLC with a trademark suit in California federal court over its plans to produce a fourth sequel to the 1980s cult classic "Evil Dead."
