16,000 Worker Class Gets OK To Sue Best Buy

Law360 (August 31, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A class comprising more than 16,000 retail workers has received the go-ahead to sue superstore Best Buy Co. Inc. for allegedly refusing to pay them for time spent undergoing daily security checks and denying them meal and rest breaks.
