Jiffy Lube Pushes Unnecessary Oil Changes, Suit Says

Law360, New York (May 9, 2012, 4:19 PM EDT) -- Jiffy Lube International Inc. was hit with a putative class action Tuesday alleging it tells customers at its California car service centers that their vehicles need oil changes more frequently than necessary, in violation of the state's false advertising and consumer remedies laws.
