Goldman Sachs Can Collect $3M For Renewing NYC Lease

Law360, New York (May 9, 2012, 5:37 PM EDT) -- Goldman Sachs & Co. is entitled to a $3.1 million commission for renewing its downtown New York lease, even though it later assigned the lease to American International Group Inc., a New York state judge ruled Wednesday.
