Law360, New York (May 9, 2012, 8:42 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit ruled Wednesday that an employee cannot bring a Title VII retaliation claim based on participation in an internal company investigation that precedes a formal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charge.
