USC's $900M Expansion Project Clears LA Planning Panel

Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 4:23 PM EDT) -- A Los Angeles planning commission on Thursday approved a controversial $900 million project proposal that seeks to build 5 million square feet of new academic, retail and housing space on the University of Southern California campus.
