Employment Class Actions Face Uncertain Fate In 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 5:38 PM EDT) -- Three cases currently before the Second Circuit present the appeals court with chances to decide whether employers can use waivers in arbitration pacts to block workers from filing costly class and collective actions, and issue rulings that could potentially limit or even eliminate such suits.
