American Blind Shutters Fight With Google

Law360, New York (September 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After nearly four years of trademark litigation over Google's sponsored links feature, American Blind & Wallpaper Factory Inc. and Google Inc. have agreed to dismiss the case.

In court papers filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the two sides asked for the case to be dismissed with prejudice. Each party agreed to pay their own attorneys' fees and costs.
