Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 4:17 PM EDT) -- A groundswell of public interest in whether a Blackstone Group LP subsidiary is cleared to build a 330-mile underwater cable bringing hydroelectric power from Quebec to New York City prompted state regulators to push back a deadline for feedback Friday.
