Apple Ordered To Testify In Motorola IP Battle

Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 5:41 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Friday compelled Apple Inc. to provide deposition testimony in Motorola's heated patent war against Apple over wireless and smartphone innovations, warning the company that it must comply or face sanctions.
