High Court Won't Touch Ceridian Data Breach Case

Law360, New York (May 14, 2012, 6:20 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal from two former Brach Eichler LLC employees whose proposed class action against payroll processing company Ceridian Corp. over a data breach was shot down by the Third Circuit.
