Judge Can't Believe Butter Class Suit Against Ralphs

Law360, Los Angeles (May 15, 2012, 8:41 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Tuesday threw out a consumer class action claiming grocery chain Ralphs violated state dairy product naming requirements by mislabeling a canola oil-laced butter spread, duping consumers into believing it was pure butter.
