Law360, New York (May 15, 2012, 7:03 PM EDT) -- A Texas state judge on Monday indicated that he would reverse the approval of a $3 billion, 1,300-megawatt coal-fired power plant in Corpus Christi, which environmental groups have claimed would create more air pollution than the state had evaluated.
