2 LG Employees Can't Testify In LCD Price-Fixing Trial

Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 6:51 PM EDT) -- Toshiba Corp. convinced a California federal judge Tuesday to block two LG Display Co. Ltd. employees from testifying for direct purchasers in the upcoming liquid crystal display price-fixing trial, but failed to win permission to use testimony presented in the AU Optronics Corp. criminal case.

U.S. District Judge Susan Illston agreed to exclude testimony from Gap Soo Kyoung and Chang Han Kim from the case on Toshiba's request, according to a minute order from Tuesday's proceedings.
