'Spider-Man' Producers Must Give Docs To Hurt Stuntman

Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 1:34 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Wednesday ordered the producers of Broadway's “Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark” to turn over documents to a stuntman who was allegedly injured by equipment malfunctions while working on the show.

Coin told 8 Legged Productions LLC it must hand over any contracts, correspondence, emails, accident reports and other information that might shed light on whether Richard Kobak — who suffered two herniated discs, intense whiplash, a concussion and two holes in his knees during performances and rehearsals...
