DR Horton Can't Stop Arbitration In Citicorp FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 9:14 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge ruled Friday that a Citigroup Inc. unit’s arbitration agreement with employees containing a collective action waiver is enforceable, in the latest retort to the National Labor Relations Board's recent ruling that such waivers can violate federal law.
