UCLA's Controversial Sale Of Japanese Garden Moves Ahead

Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 7:22 PM EDT) -- A state judge on Thursday declined to grant a restraining order and halt the sale of a rare Japanese garden bestowed by philanthropists to the University of California Los Angeles, despite objections that the sale will violate a long-standing agreement.
