Calif. Trailer Park Tenants Fight $150M Development

Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 4:41 PM EDT) -- A California planning commission will decide Wednesday whether to recommend a long-stalled $150 million residential and retail development in Santa Monica, Calif., in a showdown between the developer and trailer park residents over a local land use law.
