Judge Further Trims Ex-LA Times Publisher's Firing Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (May 22, 2012, 6:53 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Tuesday further pared the wrongful termination suit of a former Los Angeles Times Magazine publisher who claims he was fired for criticizing management decisions, permanently barring his emotional distress claim but letting him try again to plead defamation.
