Citizens Bank Managers Win Class Status In OT Fight

Law360, New York (May 23, 2012, 6:43 PM EDT) -- Assistant branch managers at Citizens Bank locations throughout New York state won class certification Tuesday in a wage-and-hour suit against the bank, opening the door to what could be thousands of workers joining the fight over alleged unpaid overtime wages.
