Summary Judgments Issued In Cendant-CSI Case

Law360 (September 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Though neither party exists in its original form, a district court ruled on Friday that Cendant Corp. owes CSI Investment Partners II Inc. over $94 million for breaching an agreement and violating securities laws.

The original lawsuit, which CSI filed in 2000 against Cendant, had several counts — all related to Cendant's acquisition of CSI while Cendant was wracked by a massive accounting fraud.
