Sanofi-Aventis Pays $190M To Settle Drug Price Case

Law360 (September 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- French drug giant Sanofi-Aventis will hand over more than $190 million to settle claims by the U.S. Department of Justice and various states that its predecessor defrauded Medicare by inflating the reported average wholesale price of a cancer drug.
