Judge To Deny AT&T Store Managers' PAGA Claim In OT Case

Law360, New York (May 24, 2012, 8:01 PM EDT) -- A proposed class of AT&T Mobility Services LLC retail store managers who claim they were denied overtime pay won't be able to seek penalties under the Private Attorney General Act because the plaintiffs failed to exhaust their administrative remedies before filing suit, a California federal judge indicated Thursday.
