Google Didn't Swipe Search Features: Calif. Appeals Court

Law360, New York (May 25, 2012, 9:01 PM EDT) -- A California state appeals court on Friday affirmed a lower court’s ruling that Google Inc. did not develop its search engine using confidential information from a Los Angeles-based Internet directory and search engine startup.
