3rd Juror Dismissed From Clemens Perjury Trial

Law360, Washington (May 29, 2012, 4:38 PM EDT) -- A third juror has been dismissed in the perjury trial of former New York Yankees pitching ace Roger Clemens, officials with a Washington federal court said Tuesday, leaving only one alternate left out of an original pool of four.

The juror, a woman, was dismissed by U.S. District Court Judge Reggie Walton Tuesday morning after her mother passed away the week before. The juror was responsible for making all the funeral arrangements, making it impossible for her to sit during the trial, court officials said....
