Native Americans Can't Halt Pattern's 315-MW Wind Farm

Law360, New York (May 30, 2012, 5:54 PM EDT) -- Pattern Energy Group LP can continue with its 315-megawatt wind farm in the Southern California desert after a federal judge on Wednesday rejected a Native American tribe's request to halt construction of the project.
