Kleiner Perkins Blasts Female Partner's Sex Bias Claims

Law360, New York (May 31, 2012, 6:36 PM EDT) -- Silicon Valley venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers LLC denied a junior partner's allegations that it discriminated against female employees and didn’t do enough to stop sexual harassment, saying Wednesday that the firm had investigated her claims and found them to be without merit.

Ellen Pao filed a discrimination suit against the California-based firm May 10, accusing it of retaliation against her after she complained about repeated instances of sexual harassment by other male partners.
