China Trade Group Assails US Tariffs On Wind Towers

Law360, New York (May 31, 2012, 4:11 PM EDT) -- A Chinese trade association on Thursday blasted a preliminary finding by the U.S. Department of Commerce that utility-scale wind towers from China are subsidized, saying China doesn’t provide any support policies to the industry that aren’t in line with World Trade Organization rules.
