Costco, Diamond Pet Foods Sued Over Salmonella Outbreak

Law360, New York (May 31, 2012, 6:12 PM EDT) -- Diamond Pet Foods Inc. and Costco Wholesale Corp. were slapped with a putative class action in New York federal court Wednesday over recent large recalls of dog food linked to a salmonella outbreak that has sickened pets and at least 15 people.
