NASA Contractor Returns From 1st Successful Flight To ISS

Law360, New York (May 31, 2012, 8:20 PM EDT) -- Space Exploration Technologies Corp. on Thursday completed its historic first commercial space flight to the International Space Station, setting itself up for a contract of between $1.6 billion and $3.1 billion to deliver space cargo for NASA.

SpaceX launched the first commercially owned and operated vehicle, its Dragon spacecraft, to the space station on May 22.
