Antitrust Case Over Wireless Technology Shut Down

Law360 (September 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has issued a final judgment dismissing Golden Bridge Technology Inc.'s antitrust suit against a group of cell phone giants after ruling in April that the wireless technology firm failed to prove its rivals conspired against its technology.

In a ruling handed down Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Judge Leonard Davis granted the defendants’ joint motion for summary judgment and denied Golden Bridge’s cross-motion for partial summary judgment.
