COFC Won't Delay Start Of Air Force Refueling Contract

Law360, New York (June 1, 2012, 7:46 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Thursday denied Phoenix Management Inc.'s bid to block a rival from beginning a U.S. Air Force ship refueling contract, saying that concerns about the Air Force's handling of the procurement did not quite warrant such an injunction.
