DOL, EEOC Tell 2nd Circ. Not To Enforce E&Y Class Waiver

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 4:46 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Friday told the Second Circuit that forcing individual arbitration in a proposed overtime collective action against Ernst & Young LLP would prevent the named plaintiff from vindicating her statutory rights.
