11th Circ. Backs Clear Channel In Advertising Contract Suit

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 5:07 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Monday said losers in government contract bids cannot claim discrimination simply by identifying themselves as "political outsiders," ruling in favor of a Clear Channel Communications Inc. subsidiary that was sued over allegations of bid-rigging Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport advertising display contracts.
