Airborne Suit Moved To Federal Court

Law360 (September 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A proposed class action lawsuit alleging there is no science to prove the efficacy of Airborne, a product meant to stave off illness, has been moved to federal court.

Gregory Geis and Rachel LaRusso originally filed the lawsuit in May against Airborne Health, Inc., Walgreen Co., and ShopRite Supermarket in the Superior Court of Bergen County in New Jersey.

The suit was removed to the U.S. District Court in the District of New Jersey on Sept. 5 by Walgreen.
