5th Circ. Asked To Revive Deepwater Firefighting Boat Suit

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 6:55 PM EDT) -- A putative class of Gulf Coast landowners asked the Fifth Circuit on Friday to breathe new life into their action claiming Seacor Marine LLC's firefighting boats caused the Deepwater Horizon rig to sink and damage the oil well.
