Union Sues Over Detainment During Swift & Co. Raids

Law360, New York (September 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Following the raids of six Swift & Co. plants across the country, the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union has filed a proposed class action lawsuit asking a judge to stop the government from allegedly illegally arresting and detaining workers.
