'Reality Steve' Settles Spoiler Row With 'Bachelor' Heads

Law360, New York (June 5, 2012, 2:53 PM EDT) -- The producers of the ABC reality television show "The Bachelor" and the owner of a reality TV website on Friday reached a settlement over allegations that the blogger paid off show contestants and crew to break confidentiality agreements and provide him with updates and spoilers.

Steve Carbone, the proprietor of the RealitySteve.com website and plaintiffs NZK Productions Inc. and Horizon Alternative Television Inc., a division of Time Warner Inc. unit Warner Bros. Entertainment, have all agreed to dismiss the suit with prejudice.
