'Happy Days' Actors To Get Jury For Royalty Row With CBS

Law360, Los Angeles (June 5, 2012, 5:59 PM EDT) -- Former cast members of the TV show "Happy Days" will get a jury hearing for their claims that CBS Studios Inc. and Paramount Pictures cheated them out of merchandising fees from the sale of DVD box sets that contained their pictures, a California state judge ruled Tuesday.
