Horizon, Surgery Centers Face Off Again After $22M Deal Fails

Law360, New York (June 6, 2012, 6:03 PM EDT) -- A year after a $22 million class settlement fell through, a federal judge on Monday nixed Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey's bid to dismiss renewed claims from 130 ambulatory surgery centers that it violated employment law by withholding due benefits.
