Employers Urge 5th Circ. To Reverse NLRB Class Waiver Bar

Law360, New York (June 6, 2012, 4:43 PM EDT) -- Employer groups on Tuesday weighed in on D.R. Horton Inc.'s Fifth Circuit challenge of the National Labor Relations Board's ruling against arbitration agreements barring class actions, saying that such agreements were valid under federal law.
