9th Circ. Asked To Revive Spokeo Credit Report Suit

Law360, New York (June 6, 2012, 9:02 PM EDT) -- A plaintiff who said self-described “people search engine” Spokeo Inc. spread inaccurate consumer reports about him told the Ninth Circuit on Friday that a trial court shouldn't have dismissed his putative class action on the grounds that he hadn't shown sufficient injury.
