Freddie Mac Pressures AHM To Hand Over Docs

Law360 (September 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After trying for more than a month to wrench almost $800 million in mortgage loans from bankrupt American Home Mortgage Inc.’s control, Freddie Mac has asked the court overseeing the company's bankruptcy for relief from the protective stay.
