DC Circ. Says NLRB Erred In DuPont Benefits Dispute

Law360, New York (June 8, 2012, 3:33 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday nixed the National Labor Relations Board's ruling that DuPont Co. had violated labor law by changing its employee benefits program while in negotiations with two local unions, finding the board had departed from precedent without justification.
