Commerce Head Could Face Hit-And-Run Charges

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 12:32 PM EDT) -- Commerce Secretary John Bryson could be charged with a felony hit-and-run after he was involved in a pair of car accidents Saturday evening outside Los Angeles, police said Monday.

The possible hit-and-run charges stem from an accident that took place shortly after 5 p.m. Saturday in San Gabriel, Calif., when the Lexus Bryson was driving allegedly rear-ended a Buick carrying three male passengers.
