Developer Returns To Drawing Board On $1B Napa Project

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 6:46 PM EDT) -- The developer of a proposed $1 billion residential-heavy mixed-use project in Napa County, Calif., canceled two public meetings that would have decided the project's fate this week, saying they would come back to the county with a revised project soon.
